How has it already been another month? It’s officially fall, and we only have three more months until 2020. Yup, let that one sink in! Time is going way too quickly, but that also means it’s time for the monthly fix! Here are my must-haves and favorite finds from September.

1. Affordable Leggings with Pockets!
Aerie Play High Waisted Pocket Legging
Can you tell I’m excited? If you follow me on Instagram, you know I’ve been raving about these leggings for awhile now. They. Are. Awesome. Number one: they are incredibly soft. I put them on the other day for a photo and didn’t want to take them off. Number two: they’re perfect for so many occasions — traveling, everyday casual/athleisure wear, the gym, or just lounging. Number three, and probably most importantly, THEY HAVE POCKETS!! I wore these on a hike recently, and it was so nice to be able to stash my phone in my pocket so that I could quickly and easily take it out to snap photos.
As a final bonus, these also come in petite length (and tall!). Aerie wins big with these.
2. Gorgeous Nursery Decor
Vintage Floral Vinyl Wall Decal
If you’re looking for a way to completely change a nursery and add a ton of character, this wall decal from Stickers Coloray is absolutely gorgeous. The shop was really easy to work with and customized the colors exactly as I wanted. The quality is also topnotch.
Fair warning — it is a bit time consuming to actually put these on the wall. However, they are very easy to remove, so if you don’t like how a flower looks in one spot, it’s simple to just take it off (without damaging the wall), and put it somewhere else. This decal completely changed my daughter’s room and we love it.
3. Scrunchies are Back (with a purpose)
Gimme Beauty Satin Soft Sleep Scrunchy
I am pretty picky when it comes to hair ties, but I was intrigued by Gimme Beauty’s products. They carry hair ties in different sizes depending on hair type/length, as well as for specific occasions, like nighttime or the shower.
I opted for the nighttime scrunchies (sold in a set of three), and I absolutely love them. I sleep fairly hot, so I always tie my hair back at night, but I don’t love waking up with a crease in my hair. These nighttime scrunchies NEVER leave a crease. Plus, they’re incredibly soft, so they’re very comfortable to sleep in. You can get 50% off your purchase through my referral link!
4. Best Home Scents
Peach Bellini Bath & Body Works Candle
I’ve been a fan of Bath & Body Works candles for years now. They have the best scents and they usually have really good sales, so I buy several at a time to last me a full season. I recently purchased the Peach Bellini scent and this thing is so gloriously yummy. Not too strong, not too soft, and good for any time of year. My house smells delish.
5. Comfy and Affordable Basic
Aerie Ribbed Henley Long Sleeve T-Shirt
This henley tee is really soft and such a good basic for fall. It’s long enough to wear with leggings, or looks cute front tucked with a pair of jeans. One of my favorite basics I’ve purchased this year.
6. Cute, Affordable Sneakers for Baby Girl
Carter’s Every Step Athletic Shoes
My daughter is juuust starting to attempt to walk, so I figured it was time to get her a pair of shoes. Her feet are weirdly tiny right now, so anticipating a growth spurt coming soon, I didn’t want to spend a ton just yet.
I found these adorable glitter sneakers for her at a great price at Carter’s. They are adorable on, and the glitter didn’t shed everywhere. I think they run just a tad bit small, so size up half a size or more if you want to leave a lot of room for them to grow into.
7. Amazon Fashion Sleepwear
“Let Me Sleep” Nightshirt
Amazon find! I love this nightshirt. Now that my daughter is finally done nursing, I found myself itching to wear regular nightgowns again (see here for my favorite nursing friendly nightgown). This one from Amazon is so cute, soft, and great quality.
